We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy below.
✨ Returns
We gladly accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
✅ Eligibility:

Items must be in their original condition (no makeup, stains, odors, or wear).

Tags must still be attached (if applicable).

Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return:
Email us at returns@jojobthreads.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Please note: We do not cover return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
✨ Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’ve got you!
We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (while supplies last). If the size you need is unavailable, we’ll offer a store credit or full return.
To request an exchange:
Email exchanges@jojobthreads.com with your order number and what size/color you’d like to swap for.
✨ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Oh no! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at support@jojobthreads.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include a photo of the issue so we can make it right ASAP.
✨ Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
